Term & Conditions :

- Seat will only secured upon receiving down payment of min. 50% from total quotation.
- Reschedule is only applicable 1 (one) month before the trip date. Cancelation made less than 1 (one) month before the trip date will forfeit the down payment; unless the participant can get a substitution.
- Refund is only applicable should the trip cancelled or prohibited by the Harbor master due to the weather condition and/or there is other force majeure event occurs.
- Participant should not have any medical condition that endangers him/herself and/or other participants.
- Should the participant is tested positive Covid 19, trip will be rescheduled and down payment is not forfeited; proven by the positive result test.
- Operator reserves all rights to change the order of destinations depending on the weather for the safety of all aspects. In this case, refund is not available.
- Open trip participants should arrive in Labuan bajo before the previously informed trip departure time and should take return flight after 2 pm.
- Children aged over 5 years are subject to the normal rate.
- Participants are responsible to their own belongings.
- Participants are considered to understand and agree to all of the provisions above
